Returning Merchandise
All sales are final. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise please notify us via email (contact@omotolasjewels.com) no later than 5 days after receiving your package. Some items cannot be returned such as earrings.
Acceptable Returns:
- If the merchandise is defective.
Unacceptable Returns:
- Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
- Your order was customized or personalized
- If you ordered the wrong size
- If you broke it
Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting us.
