Returning Merchandise

All sales are final. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise please notify us via email (contact@omotolasjewels.com) no later than 5 days after receiving your package. Some items cannot be returned such as earrings.

Acceptable Returns:

  1. If the merchandise is defective.

Unacceptable Returns:

  1. Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
  2. Your order was customized or personalized
  3. If you ordered the wrong size
  4. If you broke it

Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting us.
